He figured out the problem on 9/2/24, and came back with the correct parts to fix the washer on 9/3/24. We're eternally grateful for the expertise and professionalism that Sergey gave us. You never know about how a new experience will be with a company, especially when it’s an emergency situation. However, EasyFIX appliance service was great. We negotiated a price beforehand and they stuck to it. We contacted them the night before and a technician was at our house the next morning. It was a difficult install with a bearing that was stuck before the washing machine could be reassembled. They were knowledgeable about Samsung washing machines, diagnosed additional issues, and fixed our issue. We will definitely use again! Thanks for working with us.

The office person communicated when the person was coming and how close!! They were able to come the same day, which I was very thankful. The person that came to my home was polite, asked questions, found the problem quick, and had the part to fix it. I will definitely use them again and refer them to people I know.
