However, EasyFIX appliance service was great. We negotiated a price beforehand and they stuck to it. We contacted them the night before and a technician was at our house the next morning. It was a difficult install with a bearing that was stuck before the washing machine could be reassembled. They were knowledgeable about Samsung washing machines, diagnosed additional issues, and fixed our issue. We will definitely use again! Thanks for working with us.
